My name is Dave.

Nice to meet you.

At the time of writing this first post, I’m 29 and living in Somerset, near Bath, England. I have a Volkswagen T4 “Camper” Van.

This blog has been set up to document my planned adventure to the Republic of Ireland.

My hope, mainly, is that it may help and inspire other people in their decision making, if they are considering doing something similar.

Also, personally, it will be nice to document my experiences, so I can look back and remind myself of how things progress, or unravel, depending on my luck!

So, this will be a central point where my friends, family and acquaintances are all welcome and can catch up on my adventure and how I am doing, as well as send me an occasional message…..if they can be bothered 🙂

I’ll try to post at least a few times a week and will do my best to make sure content is concise and informative.
